The HOA at Wellington Pointe covers trash removal, snow removal, lawn care, exterior maintenance, water & sewer and hazard insurance with a reserve. Shopping in Wellington is limited with Bella's Market being the main grocery store. Further to the south of the Harmony Road - interstate 25 interchange at the interstate 25 and Highway 34 interchange (Loveland exit) is the new Promenade at Centerra shopping complex, the Market Place at Centerra Mall and the new Medical Center of the Rockies. Recreational opportunities close to Wellington is the Soapstone Prairie Natural Area and Red Mountain Open Space to the north with the Poudre Canyon to the West. Schools are Eyestone/Rice Elementary School, Wellington Middle School and Poudre High School.
